Development services within our company consist of storm water management, erosion and sedimentation control, land use planning, feasibility studies and conceptual planning. Bryan Shoffner serves on the planning and zoning commission in Graham, North Carolina and has studied civil engineering and surveying. Bryan holds an intermediate license in the state of North Carolina for General Contracting.

Our founder, Bryan Shoffner, has extensive experience in managing a variety of projects and holds an AAS Degree in Industrial Management from Guilford Technical Community College. He is also qualified in the following areas: APICS, ASQC, JIT & TQCI.
