Our newest community, West Hill features single-family homes as well as townhomes. As the name suggests, this active adult community sits upon a hill providing wonderful views of the surrounding area. Phase 1 is open now, with lots ready to build upon. Phase 2 is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.
Broad Acres
An established active adult community with a few homesites still available. Friendly neighbors, quiet streets, and beautiful homes make this a great place to live!
Horseshoe Bend
Named after the creek that flows nearby, Horseshoe Bend provides spacious lots for that dream home you have always wanted. There are still a select few lots available, so act fast to be a part of this great active adult community.

Once we have determined your ideal home, we craft it with pride using only the best trades people and materials available. With capacity for about 15 homes per year, we keep our schedule manageable and offer superior on-site customer service. Bryan Shoffner, the president, visits each jobsite on a regular basis to ensure that we are not only building quality homes, but building on our quality reputation, as well.
Our Communities are planned for years in advance and feature amenities and design that will promote health, value and a long-term living solution. As members of the NAHB's 50+ housing council, we stay on the cutting edge in terms of products and trends. We are also constantly immersed in continuing education opportunities that equip us to better serve you, our customer.
